These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases made from Peptide Beacon (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website, email, or any other sales channel. By placing an order, you (“Purchaser”, “you”, or “the Researcher”) agree to be bound by these terms.
1. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF USE: RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO)

1.3 Misuse Policy: Any suspicion or evidence that products will be used for human or animal consumption will result in immediate order cancellation, permanent account suspension, and a report to the relevant authorities if necessary.
2. PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:
- 2.1 Age: You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
- 2.2 Expertise: You are a qualified researcher or health professional associated with a laboratory or research institution and possess the expertise to handle hazardous materials.
- 2.3 Safety Protocols: You have the necessary equipment, ventilation, and safety protocols to manage, store, and dispose of the products according to industry standards.
- 2.4 Non-Redistribution: You will not resell, distribute, or gift these products to any individual or entity for non-research purposes.
3. INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1 Assumption of Risk: The Purchaser acknowledges that biochemicals carry inherent risks. You assume 100% of the risk and liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the handling, storage, or use of the products.
3.2 Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Beacon and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, and legal fees arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of the products.
3.3 Damages Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Beacon’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
4. ORDERING, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
- 4.1 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order has been placed.
- 4.2 Verification: We reserve the right to request a copy of your business license, institutional ID, or a statement of research intent before fulfilling any order.
- 4.3 Rejection of Orders: Peptide Beacon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- 5.1 Risk of Loss: All products are sold F.O.B. Shipping Point. Title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser once the package is handed to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- 5.2 Tracking: We provide tracking for all orders. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but claimed missing.
- 5.3 International Orders: The Purchaser is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws. We do not offer refunds for packages seized by customs.
6. PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS
6.1 Payment Methods: We accept secure credit card payments, ACH, and wire transfers.
6.2 Net Terms: Approved institutional accounts may be eligible for Net 30 terms. Late payments are subject to a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
6.3 Chargeback Policy: Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of contract. All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the invoice date.
7. NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY
7.1 Perishable Nature: Due to the temperature sensitivity and purity requirements of peptides, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns as we cannot verify the stability or purity of a product once it has left our controlled environment.
7.2 Replacement Policy: If a product is proven to be defective or fails to match the Certificate of Analysis (COA) purity, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt with supporting laboratory data (HPLC/MS). Replacements are at our sole discretion.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA
8.1 Website Content: All text, graphics, and data on Peptide Beacon are for educational and theoretical purposes only.
8.2 No Marketing Reliance: You agree that no marketing materials, blog posts, or social media content shall be considered “Instructions for Use” or clinical guidance. You have a non-delegable duty to verify scientific data through peer-reviewed literature.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State].
