SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
Effective Date: May 10, 2026
At Peptide Beacon, we understand that research timelines depend on the integrity and timely arrival of your laboratory materials. Our shipping and return protocols are designed to ensure that high-purity peptides reach your facility under optimal conditions.
1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
1.1 Territory: We currently ship exclusively to verified business and institutional addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or residential addresses.
1.2 Fulfillment Timeline: Most orders for in-stock research materials are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Large-scale or custom synthesized orders may require additional lead times, which will be communicated at the time of order.
1.3 Carrier Selection: We utilize premium carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery to ensure chain-of-custody security.
2. SHIPPING TERMS (FCA/FOB ORIGIN)
2.1 Transfer of Risk: All sales are made FCA/FOB Shipping Point. This means that legal title to the product and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the Purchaser the moment the package is handed to the carrier.
2.2 Insurance: Basic carrier insurance is included. If your institution requires additional high-value insurance for bulk bundles, please contact our logistics team prior to shipment.
3. COLD-CHAIN & STABILITY PROTOCOLS
3.1 Lyophilized Stability: Most of our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, which is stable at ambient temperatures during standard transit times.
3.2 Specialized Packaging: For heat-sensitive compounds or large-volume bundles, we utilize insulated thermal packaging and cold packs.
3.3 Expedited Shipping: We strongly recommend Overnight or 2-Day Shipping for all research materials. If a Purchaser elects a slower shipping method against our recommendation, Peptide Beacon is not liable for any potential degradation due to prolonged transit.
4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (RESEARCH MATERIALS)
4.1 All Sales Final: Due to the strict purity requirements of laboratory research and the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns. Once a product has left our climate-controlled facility, its stability cannot be guaranteed for resale.
4.2 Non-Conforming Products: If you receive a product that does not match the specifications of the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA) or is a result of a fulfillment error, you may be eligible for a replacement.
- Notification Window: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Validation: Claims of “non-conformance” must be supported by validated laboratory data (e.g., HPLC or Mass Spectrometry results).
4.3 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): No replacements or credits will be issued without an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed upon receipt and no credit will be issued.
5. DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
5.1 Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging immediately. If there is visible damage, note this with the carrier before signing.
5.2 Reporting: Any discrepancies in quantity or damage to internal vials must be reported to support@peptidebeacon.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by high-resolution photographs of the packaging and the packing slip.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled at no cost provided they have not yet entered the “Fulfillment” or “Shipping” stage. Because we prioritize rapid dispatch, please contact us immediately if a change is required. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
